With more than 25 years of experience across South African and international financial markets, Tania has spent her career building something rarer than it sounds in this industry: a practice entirely free from institutional bias, where the only measure of success is whether the client is better off.
Her career spans Sanlam, Momentum, TMA and Absa Investment Management Services, where she served as National Director and was selected for a two-year executive leadership programme with board-level exposure and international experience in Brazil. In 2007 she joined Stenham Asset Management as National Business Development Manager, before moving to Osrin Advisory in 2011 to build a substantial private client practice over more than a decade.
